We were initially attracted to Watercress by the beautiful stone waterfall at the entrance and the mature trees.
We really love that it feels secluded while being just minutes from shopping and restaurants. Now that we built a house here, we couldn’t be happier. We have enjoyed getting to know a great bunch of neighbors. I especially like that the neighborhood feels like its own small town. We have the informal and fun “Watercress Gazette,”(a periodic email that tells of recent happenings and upcoming events), many social gatherings throughout the year and incredibly fun and friendly people . We have three young children and I love the saying that it takes a village to raise a child. I truly feel like we have found our “village.”
